🧭 Signature Syntax
Neelan binds verb–subject–object with a dash. Example: Vyl bey-Bidumyz. "I have the ability."
🧱 Postpositions
Write them after the noun with a colon: Utim:ut* "to the house".
🔤 Vowels, three ways
Short, long (e.g., á) and elongated (e.g., ã). Classic `'` and `~` still understood.
